Shipping
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
5th Crusade Firearms does not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
Under the Gun Control Act (GCA), shotguns and rifles, and ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 18 years of age or older. All firearms other than shotguns and rifles, and all ammunition other than ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 21 years of age or older.
Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card: A current, valid, & completely legible New Jerseym Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card must accompany ammunition orders. Firearms/Ammunition ID card can be submitted by email.
Inspect your order as soon as received. Please notify us of missing items within 3 days by calling or emailing us at support@5thcrusade.com
Be sure to retain all packaging and documentation for your order. 5th Crusade Firearms can not be held liable for the damage and are not responsible for packages returned to us that are refused delivery and you will be liable for additional shipping charges to re-ship any packages.
Return Policy
We offer return of item within 24 hours of item being received into your local FFL dealership.
We must receive the merchandise back in the same condition as we shipped it to qualify to receive a refund. We refund the purchase price (less 15% restocking fee) of the merchandise only. No refunds on shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of his or her ability to pass a federal NICS check. It is the responsibility of the interstate purchaser to be aware of the laws of their state regarding the legality of receiving any item.
5th Crusade Firearms/ 5thCrusade.com is not responsible for typographical errors listed on our website. This includes but is not limited to manufacturer part numbers, descriptions, pricing, pictures, shipping charges and special promotions.
Due to Federal Regulations 5thCrusade.com is unable to sell any merchandise outside of the United States.

In accordance with Federal Law every gun purchase must be approved via a background check. All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or digital issues that may occur. All prices are subject to change for any reason at any time. New firearms/products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns/repairs should be arranged directly with the manufacturer.
