What if my package is lost during transit?

If your firearm was lost during transit, we will notify the carrier and begin an investigation. During that time, we will try our best to replace your firearm (given we have it in-stock). If we don’t have it in-stock, we will put you on the waitlist for a replacement firearm.

What if my package is damaged during transit?

If your firearm was damaged during transit, we will notify the carrier and file the insurance claim to recover the cost. Once the insurance claim is paid out, we will give you the choice to decide if you would like to keep the firearm at a partial refund, or ship it back for a refund of the purchase price.

What if my firearm appears to be defective?

If your firearm appears to have a physical defect not caused during transit, your first step should be to contact the manufacturer. Many new firearms are test fired at the factory. You may notice residual powder, rotation marks on revolver cylinders, residual cosmoline which sometimes appears to look like rust, etc. All firearms sold as “new” are in fact new in box as received from the manufacturer or distributor and include new manufacturers warranty.
